Job summary

The Heritage Nursing & Rehabilitation Facility in Kentucky is seeking an LPN to join our dedicated nursing team on the day shift. This full-time position offers 12-hour shifts and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on residents' quality of life within a supportive family-like environment.
