Qualifications

• Current LPN license in the state (Tennessee).
• At least one year of LPN experience in a long‑term care setting preferred.

Responsabilités

• Consults and coordinates with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Prepares and administers medications (oral, subcutaneous, IV as needed) and records prescriptions; reports adverse reactions per policy.
• Records patients' medical information and vital signs.
• Monitors and adjusts equipment used on patients and records readings.
• Initiates corrective action when patient shows adverse symptoms.
• Provides bedside care for a wide range of medical patients.
