Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Nebraska required.
• Experience in long-term care setting preferred.
• CPR certification may be required or encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day nursing staff per rules and guidelines.
• Ensure staff comply with facility policies and procedures.
• Participate in surveys and quality assurance programs.
• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents with continuity of care.
• Makes daily resident visits and rounds with physicians.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and resident rights.
• Answer calls and perform other duties as required.
