Job summary

Hartford HealthCare's Cedar Mountain Commons in Connecticut is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct resident care within a unit, following the Nursing Professional Practice Framework.

This role collaborates with the health care team to achieve care outcomes; reports to the Resident Care Director; CT LPN license required; prior specialization or experience may be needed; day and evening rotator schedule with every other weekend evening and every other holiday.

Qualifications

• Current Connecticut Licensed Practical Nurse license required.
• Specialization and/or specific work experience may be required.

Responsibilities
