Job summary

TEEMA is seeking an LPN/Licensed Vocational Nurse in California (Susanville) for a long-term care setting. You will administer medications, monitor residents, and document meticulously in the EHR to support high-quality care.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to update care plans, participate in daily rounds and handoffs, and assist with discharge planning while upholding infection control and safety standards.

Qualifications

• State-licensed LPN with proven medication administration experience.

Responsibilities
