Saber Health Group is seeking a compassionate LPN for a skilled nursing facility in Pennsylvania. The role focuses on providing comfort, dignity, and high-quality care to residents within a supportive team environment.

We offer flexible pay options, strong leadership, and growth opportunities. This full-time position is the 2nd shift (2:30pm–11:00pm) with wages up to $35 per hour and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered LPN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate EHR software.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents’ needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer and monitor nursing care per plan and policy.
• Supervise nursing assistants and ensure quality of care.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards.
