Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Augusta State Medical Prison in Grovetown, GA. The LPN will provide holistic nursing care under RN supervision for incarcerated patients, addressing physical and behavioral health needs, and supporting a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires an LPN license, CPR certification, and the ability to obtain security clearance, including drug screen and background checks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to obtain security clearance, including drug screen and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under RN supervision and medical/psychiatric staff.
• Respond to physical and behavioral health needs of patients.
• Work under the direction of Registered Nurses and medical/psychiatric staff.
• Support Day Shift operations (5am–5:30pm) with rotating weekends.
