Job summary

Southern Health Partners is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team at the Haralson County Jail in Georgia. This full-time position offers a rotating schedule from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM and a mission-driven work environment.

You’ll provide hands-on nursing care, administer medications, complete assessments, document care, and collaborate with the healthcare team to maintain a safe, secure, and respectful correctional health setting.

Qualifications

• LPN license is required.
• Georgia nursing license current or eligible.
• Experience in correctional or secure healthcare setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing nursing care and treatment to patients
