Job summary

Southern Health Partners, Inc. is hiring an LPN for Craven County Jail in North Carolina. This full-time day shift offers a 35-hour week with a 5:30 AM–4:00 PM schedule and rotating shifts.

You will provide nursing care, administer medications, perform assessments, document care, and collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes in a correctional setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and treatment to patients within the facility
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Perform assessments and respond to patient healthcare needs
• Monitor and document patient conditions and care
• Collaborate with providers and the healthcare team
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records
• Respond appropriately to urgent and emergent medical needs
• Promote a safe, secure, and therapeutic environment
• Follow all facility and company policies and procedures
