Job summary

Nightingale’s List is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN/LVN) to join a correctional facility in New Jersey. This full-time position offers 40 hours per week with a 7:00 AM–3:30 PM shift, every other weekend, and rotating Mondays & Fridays.

Requirements include an active NJ or compact state license, AHA BLS, and a minimum of two years in nursing, preferably in corrections or acute care. Travel stipends may be available.

Qualifications

• Independent work capability in a correctional setting.
• 2+ years nursing experience, corrections or acute care preferred.
• Ability to work autonomously in a correctional environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in a correctional facility.
• Full-time schedule: 40 hours/week with guaranteed hours.
• Shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with on‑call or overtime as described.
