American Senior Communities in Lafayette, IN is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support Rosewalk Village residents. This role offers FT or PT day, evening and night shifts and opportunities to build meaningful relationships while delivering compassionate geriatric care.

You will assess and document resident changes, administer medications, and collaborate with a caring team to uphold C.A.R.E. values—Compassion, Accountability, Relationships and Excellence—across every shift.

Formación

• Current Indiana LPN license.
• Proficient medication management skills.
• Ability to document changes accurately.
• Passion for geriatric nursing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
