Job summary

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Current LPN license in state of practice required.
• BLS certification required; IV therapy credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use the nursing process to deliver patient care through data gathering, planning and evaluation.
• Provide care based on physical, psycho/social, educational, safety and related criteria, appropriate to patient ages.
• Communicate effectively with patients, guests, family and coworkers to ensure quality patient experience.
• Adapt to rapid changes in the unit/department throughout the day.
• Maintain clinical knowledge, skills, and credentials; pursue ongoing professional development.
• Perform other related duties as required.
