Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered New Jersey LPN license.
• Experience in long-term care preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders within the care plan.
• Accurately report residents’ condition and changes observed.
• Follow all local, state, and federal guidelines in daily duties.
