Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse currently licensed to practice nursing in North Carolina.

• Maintain CPR certification (BCLS).

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled nursing care per the patient’s individualized plan of care and RN supervision.
• Document care and updates in the medical record and NetSmart daily.
• Communicate with the RN, supervisor, patients, and families to ensure quality outcomes.
• Participate in on-call coverage on weekends, after hours, and holidays as needed.
