Helen Porter Rehabilitation & Nursing in Middlebury, VT seeks RNs and LPNs to join a compassionate, resident-centered team in a 98-bed facility offering skilled nursing, memory care, and post-acute services. Per diem and part-time options exist with a full-time weekday orientation requirement for the initial two weeks.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN or LPN in Vermont.
• Experience in skilled nursing preferred.
