Job summary

Bickford Senior Living is seeking an LPN to provide compassionate, resident-centered care in our assisted living and memory care community. In this role, you will administer medications and treatments, monitor resident health, document in EMRs, and communicate changes to the care team and families.

You’ll support personalized care plans, assist with ADLs, and promote dignity, safety, and independence in a warm, home-like setting.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing.
• Experience in assisted living or memory care preferred.
• Ability to document and communicate changes clearly.
• Patient-centered approach to elder care.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor resident health and report changes to the care team.
• Document care notes in EMRs.
• Communicate changes to families and care team.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Support personalized care plans and promote safety and independence.
