Qualifications
- Valid LPN license to practice.
- Experience as LPN preferred.
- Weekend or part-time availability required.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to the nursing staff.
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
