Job summary
Davenport Nursing and Rehab Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct patient care at our 60-bed facility in Davenport, FL. You will administer medications, assist with daily living activities, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to implement individualized care plans.
The ideal candidate holds a Florida LPN license, can pass Level 2 background screening, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Active Florida LPN license.
- Pass Level 2 fingerprinting with an Eligible status.
- Ability to lift and move patients; push/pull heavy equipment.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and wound care.
- Assist with daily living activities.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
- Monitor patient progress and report changes to the healthcare team.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and treatment.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers for seamless coordination.
