Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a 120-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in New York. The role offers a full-time schedule with a pay range of $30.50–$34.50 per hour and benefits beginning after hire.

Responsibilities include patient care, administering medications, and coordinating with a multi-disciplinary team. A NY LPN license and strong communication skills are required, with vaccination encouraged but not mandated.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Current LPN license in good standing in New York.
• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support to unit leadership and respond to resident/family needs.
• Deliver direct resident care using nursing judgment and prioritization.
• Administer medications and treatments; monitor for effects.
• Collaborate with care team to update care plans and communicate findings.
• Monitor and document vitals, treatments, and resident responses.
• Oversee and evaluate CNA assignments and care delivery.
