Qualifications

• Must hold a current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
• Ability to administer medications; IV certification preferred.
• Positive, dependable, and team-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assess, evaluate, and provide direct resident care according to individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as required.
• Supervise and mentor nursing assistants.
