Qualifications

• Up to date first aid and CPR certification.
• Current LPN license in PA.
• Excellent staff training and customer service skills.
• Compassionate and friendly demeanor.
• Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills.
• Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
• Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside care. Administer medications and document therapeutic effects.
• Keep resident information confidential and follow all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Collect, track, maintain, and review patient history, vital signs, and physical condition.
• Assist with resident comfort.
• Prepare and administer injections and/or enemas.
• Collect samples and monitor catheters.
• Provide wound care.
• Help coach staff as necessary.
