Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience providing nursing services to individuals with disabilities.
• Valid nursing license and driver's license with satisfactory record.
• Employment contingent upon successful completion of background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide treatment and health care procedures ordered by a physician.
• Ensure individuals attend medical appointments per their Individual Support Plan.
• Develop and update Individual Support Plans with the interdisciplinary team.
