We are seeking a professional, self-motivated Clinical Assistant (LPN or CMA) to join our team that delivers primary care services to patients who reside in senior living communities. A Clinical Assistant is an essential care team member in our unique care model. Working alongside our healthcare providers, a Clinical Assistant’s duties include pre-visit planning and chart preparation, conducting patient screenings, reconciling medications, maintaining accurate patient charts, and performing minor procedures under provider supervision.
The Clinical Assistant provides collaborative nursing support working alongside a provider team traveling to senior living communities.
Full-Time Position with Day Shift Hours—No evenings, weekends, or holidays
Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (In the field, patient-facing)
Friday: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Typically a Work-From-Home/Administrative Day)
$23.00 - $29.00 per hour. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
Additional $1,000 Sign on Bonus to be paid 30 days after hire
