Job summary

Adoration Health, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a full-time LPN Clinical Scheduler in Colonial Heights, VA to support scheduling and administrative duties for patient care. You will coordinate clinician assignments, maintain visit data in EMR, and ensure visits align with physician orders and regulatory requirements.

The role requires an LPN license, CPR, and strong Microsoft Office skills, with preferred home health or hospice experience. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED.
• Must hold a valid LPN license in the state of practice and in the state of residence.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum of one year clinical experience, preferably in home health.
• Minimum of two years of administrative experience in a healthcare environment, preferred.
• Home health and/or hospice experience.
• Sound knowledge of the framework, organization and function of home care.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet Explorer) with the ability to learn industry specific software applications.
• Solid organizational skills, thoroughness, and a keen attention to detail with the ability to multi-task while prioritizing effectively.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent, oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Basic clinical skills.
• Ability to develop critical thinking skills, research situations, solve complex problems and deal with a variety of issues.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors in a courteous, professional, and timely manner.
• Answer incoming calls from patients, staff, physician offices, referral sources, etc., and transfer to the appropriate person or department.
• Takes messages when needed and relays to the appropriate person in a timely manner.
• Selects appropriate clinician for patient assignment based on patient needs, location, and clinician skill.
• Maintains visit data in electronic medical record.

Adoration Home Health is currenlty seekig a full-time LPN Clinical Schedulder to support our location in Colonial Heights, VA.

Responsible for providing administrative support for the agency by performing general office duties including maintaining adequate stock of supplies needed for staff and patient care. Supports the clinical manager with managing patient schedules to ensure visits are performed in accordance with ordered frequencies and regulatory requirements.
