Avantara North in Rapid City, SD is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our friendly, caring team. You will play a vital role in delivering nursing care, administering medications, and following each resident's care plan to ensure comfort and safety.

As a valued member of our clinical department, you will conduct resident assessments, lead nursing teams when needed, and advocate for residents' well‑being.

Qualifications

• As a minimum, an unencumbered State of South Dakota Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Prior LPN experience is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Ensure residents receive medications and nursing care per individual care plans.
• Conduct resident assessments and act as a team leader.
• Advocate for residents to ensure safety and high standards of care.
