Job summary

Gameday Men's Health Bethlehem is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse for a front-office Clinic Administrator role that blends patient care, clinic operations, and leadership development in a growing Bethlehem PA clinic.

The successful candidate will apply 5+ years of LPN experience, perform phlebotomy and injections, manage scheduling, billing, EMR, and HIPAA compliance while supporting business growth across upcoming locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience
• Current Pennsylvania Medical License (LPN)
• Experience in a medical clinic or med spa setting preferred
• No current malpractice lawsuits
• Ability to multi-task

Responsibilities

• Clinical: assist with medication preparation/administration, Shockwave Therapy, injections, phlebotomy, patient follow-up and EMR
• Oversight of Medical Assistant personnel and clinic operations
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and data integrity
• Manage Patient Interface, scheduling and CRM-related tasks
