Pinehurst Medical Clinic (PMC) is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Regular Full-Time position in Sanford, NC. The LPN will provide skilled nursing care under physicians, NPs, or PAs, collecting health data, developing a care plan, and supporting the multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include maintaining patient safety, assisting with examinations, and ensuring accurate vital signs and documentation. BLS/CPR is required; ACLS/PALS may be required in certain specialties.

Qualifications

• Current NC LPN license is required.
• BLS/CPR certification required; ACLS/PALS may be required in specialty areas.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement the nursing plan of care within the scope of your license.
• Collect health data, analyze results, and identify expected outcomes.
• Implement care plans and evaluate patient progress with the care team.
• Communicate the plan of care to patients and families; coordinate tests and treatments.
• Maintain patient flow and provide high-quality, efficient clinic service.
• Monitor vital signs and promptly report changes or adverse reactions.
• Assist physicians with examinations and procedures as needed.
• Maintain clean, orderly patient areas and manage supplies and equipment.
