Qualifications

• Minimum one-year experience as an LPN/LVN in a related primary care or ambulatory care setting.
• Must be credentialed and remain in good standing through the Veterans Health Administration.
• Current certification in Basic Life Support and ACLS as specified by individual VAMC contract.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to veterans and clinic visitors.
• Coordinate VA Choice/Community Care services in accordance with VA policy.
• Document Choice/Community Care-related interactions in CPRS.
