Job summary

Archway Transitional Care in Illinois is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate care team. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary staff to deliver high-quality, resident-centered care in a non-profit, mission-driven setting.

The role involves administering medications, monitoring residents, and guiding CNAs, with shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license (GA or eligible)
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the care team

Your Impact as an LPN

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you play a critical role in delivering high-quality clinical care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person-centered care.
