King Health & Rehabilitation Center in King, NC seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate nursing team. You will provide hands-on care, supervise CNAs, administer medications, and support each resident’s plan of care to promote independence and well‑being.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN license in North Carolina.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate, and direct the work of CNAs.
• Provide individualized nursing care per resident's plan of care.
• Assist in admission, transfer, and discharge of patients.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments as ordered by physician.
• Explain procedures and treatments to gain patient cooperation.
• Observe vital signs and track deviations from normal.
