Job summary
Complete Care – New Jersey & PA is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Summit Ridge team in New Jersey. You will provide direct nursing care to residents, monitor conditions, administer medications, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered New Jersey LPN license required.
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders.
- Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes to the nursing team.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure exceptional resident outcomes.
- Perform all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
