Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited LPN/LVN program.
• Valid LPN/LVN license in the state employed (Michigan).
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Documents residents' condition and nursing needs.
• Implements physicians' orders accurately and promptly.
• Assigns care to team members based on needs and capabilities.
• Supervises CNAs and junior staff.
• Administers medications and treatments according to regulations.
• Participates in orientation and in-service training.
• Maintains supplies and equipment in a safe manner.
