Job summary
Nature Trail Health & Rehab in Mount Vernon, IL is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Skilled Nursing Facility. Full-Time and Part-Time shifts are available with competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.
You will administer medications, monitor residents, and collaborate with a team to ensure optimal outcomes while maintaining thorough nursing documentation and promoting restorative care to support independence and well-being.
Qualifications
- Current LPN or RN license in Illinois.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Compassionate, patient-focused, team-oriented approach.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents in our skilled nursing facility.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and within your scope of practice.
- Collaborate with a team to ensure coordinated care and optimal outcomes for residents.
- Monitor patient conditions, including vital signs, and report changes to the Director of Nursing.
- Promote restorative care to encourage residents' independence and well-being.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all nursing care provided.
- Support and mentor nursing staff to foster a positive, patient-centered environment.
- Ensure patient comfort, safety, and well-being while adhering to facility standards.
