Qualifications

• LPN license and registration required.
• BLS card and infection control certification required.
• High School/GED required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care under RN/physician supervision, including administering medications, monitoring vitals, wound care, triaging/rooming patients within 15 minutes, and performing treatments.
• Accurately document patient information, vitals, interventions, and medication administration with 100% accuracy. Collect, label, and log specimens with careful handling.
• Clean and stock exam rooms between sessions, maintain supply par levels, and sterilize equipment via autoclave.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to escalate issues, facilitate discharge, and educate patients and families on care management.
• Provide direct care for a specific patient population; administer medications and treatments; give patient and family teaching and discharge instructions.
