A.G. Rhodes in Atlanta, GA is hiring LPN Care Partners at our DeKalb community (formerly Wesley Woods). The role supports elders with compassionate care and requires an LPN license in Georgia. Full-time or part-time shifts include every-other weekend.

Formación

• Current Georgia LPN License.
• 1 year experience in LTC/skilled nursing preferred but willing to train new LPN grads.
• CPR/BLS First Aid Certification.
• Genuine passion for working with elders.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and foster teamwork with fellow LPN and CNA care partners.
• Good documentation skills (electronic charting with PointClickCare preferred).
• Strong organization and time management skills.
