Job summary

Aliya Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing facility in Chicago. You will provide total nursing care to residents on the assigned unit and participate in developing care plans with the healthcare team.

Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring resident conditions, educating families, and acting as charge nurse when needed. An Illinois LPN license and graduation from an accredited program are required.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing education program.
• Active LPN license in Illinois.
• Must have good communication and teamwork.
• Ability to follow facility policies and deliver empathetic care.

Responsibilities
