Job summary

Discovery Senior Living in Biloxi, MS is seeking a Health Care Coordinator, LPN for full-time day shifts (7a–7p) at Summerhouse Bay Cove Assisted Living & Memory Care. You will provide nursing care per each client's plan, monitor conditions, and coordinate services to promote health and well‑being.

The role requires an active LPN license, 2+ years of experience in assisted living or nursing homes, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Two years LPN experience preferred.
• Two years experience in assisted living or in a nursing home preferred.
• Licensed Practical Nurse license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in accordance with the client’s plan of care.
• Monitor the client’s condition and coordinate services.
• Support health promotion and prevention efforts.
