Teaching or clinical education experience is highly preferred.
Schedule & Compensation

Why This Position Is Different

At KalCare Health Care, we believe quality home care begins with caregivers who are supported, educated, competent, and connected to their clinical team.

We're looking for an LPN who wants to take ownership of that process.

You'll have the opportunity to get to know our clients, teach and mentor caregivers, develop educational programming, improve clinical processes, collaborate with an RN Case Manager, and help shape the continued growth of KalCare's clinical operations.

If you're an LPN who loves nursing but also has a passion for teaching, leadership, organization, and helping others become better caregivers, we'd love to meet you.

Join KalCare Health Care and help us continue building a stronger, better-trained, and more connected home care team.
