Job summary

Freeman Health System in Freeman, WV is seeking a licensed practical nurse to provide compassionate, patient-centered care on a full-time night shift. Working under the medical plan of care, you will assess patients and families, plan interventions, and implement safe, evidence-based nursing actions.

You will collaborate with the care team, document findings, and evaluate outcomes to adjust plans as needed.

Qualifications

• IV Certification required.
• LPN license in Missouri or a Compact State (or from a compact state) is required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and plan patient care in line with the medical plan of care.
• Conduct systematic assessments of physical, emotional, clinical, and psychosocial needs of patients and families.
• Implement appropriate interventions and evaluate effectiveness, adjusting the care plan as indicated.

Requirements

• IV Certification.
• LPN With Current Missouri Practical Nurse License Or Current Practical Nurse License From A Compact State. If A Compact License Is Held, It Must Be In The Nurses State Of Residence.
