Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Current Nebraska LPN license or a valid compact state license.
• BLS certification from an American Heart Association endorsed program.
• Demonstrate effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and clinical support within the LPN scope for the patient’s plan of care in collaboration with the RN and/or medical staff.
• Support patient intake and rooming, obtain vital signs, complete medication reconciliation and screenings.
• Gather health histories and document in the medical record.
• Draw blood (training provided).
• Assist with medication refills and other clinical needs on the floor.

As an LPN, you’ll care for patients across the lifespan—from newborns to geriatric patients—while supporting a growing primary care practice. With a fourth provider joining the team in October, you’ll be part of an exciting time of growth and increasing patient volume.
