CommCare Corporation in Mississippi is seeking a Baylor LPN Floor Nurse for Brandon Community Care Center to ensure residents receive the highest level of care and to provide clinical leadership and support. Shifts available are 7p–7a.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluates residents’ physical, emotional, and social needs and updates plans.
• Reviews care plans, ensures adherence, and documents medical records.
• Supervises CNAs on the unit with education and assignments.
• Prepares and administers medications and treatments as ordered.
• Consults with physicians and receives orders as required.
• Receives and records orders as required.

What You Bring to the Table:

Essential Qualifications:

• Evaluates the physical, emotional, and social needs of the residents.
• Reviews residents care plans, assures plans are followed and documents resident medical records.
• Supervises care provided by the Nursing Assistants assigned to the unit, providing intervention, education, and assignment adjustments.
• Prepares and administers medication and treatments.
• Consults with physicians.
• Receives and records orders as required.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Current Mississippi Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Long-term care experience preferred.

Other Qualifications

Must possess the following skills:

• Has not been excluded from participating in Medicare and Medicaid programs.
• Maintains eligibility to participate in Medicare and Medicaid programs throughout employment.
