Job summary

Southern HealthCare Management is seeking an LPN Baylor to join our nursing team in Florida. You will provide direct patient care in a skilled nursing, sub-acute, and long-term care setting, and administer medications with attention to safety and accuracy.

You will perform wound care, nursing procedures, and basic diagnostics while collaborating with an empowered leadership team dedicated to staff development and a strong care culture.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a Practical or Vocational Nursing Program (LPN/LVN) required.
• Clear and active LPN licensure in the state of practice required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a skilled nursing, sub-acute, and long-term care setting.
• Administer medications, change wound dressings, and provide other treatments as prescribed.
• Perform physical examinations and diagnostic tests as part of routine care.
