Job summary

Century Care Management Inc. is seeking an LPN supervisor to oversee nursing activities on shift in a skilled nursing setting.

You will organize assignments based on resident needs, staff qualifications, and facility layout, while ensuring high-quality care and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include rounds to assess physical, emotional, and social needs, administering medications and treatments, charting, and consulting with physicians.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or geriatric nursing preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of nursing processes, care planning and clinical assessment.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities
