Job summary

Southern HealthCare Management is seeking a dedicated LPN Baylor to provide direct patient care in our skilled nursing and long-term care settings. You will administer medications, perform wound care, and collaborate with a team to ensure high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a Practical or Vocational Nursing Program (LPN/LVN) required.
• Clear and active LPN licensure in the state of practice required.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct care for patients and residents in a skilled nursing, sub-acute care, and long-term care nursing center.
• Administer medication, change wound dressings and care for other treatment options.
• Perform physical examinations and diagnostic tests.
