Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Coventry Meadows Assisted Living Memory Care in Fort Wayne, IN. This opportunity offers both full-time and part-time day shifts, with a focus on compassionate geriatric care and building meaningful relationships with residents.

As an LPN, you will assess residents, manage medications, document changes, and collaborate with the care team to deliver person-centered care.
