Trinity Health anesthesia services seeks an Anesthesia Technician to support anesthesiologists and surgical teams across the Main Operating Room, NE Surgery Center, and CVOR. Prepare rooms and equipment, monitor supplies, and help ensure patient safety during procedures.

The ideal candidate is a NY-licensed LPN with BLS/CPR and strong manual dexterity. You will rotate shifts with on-call duties, and participate in ongoing training to uphold care standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program with NY license.
• Participates in orientation and continuing education.
• Maintains knowledge related to areas of expertise.

Responsibilities

• Maintains anesthesia equipment within the service.
• Maintains anesthesia stock and inventory.
• Performs preventive maintenance procedures.
• Adheres to safety standards within the service.
• Performs sterilization and disinfection techniques.
• Utilizes MSDS within service.
• Maintains confidentiality related to patients and staff.
• Follows hospital confidentiality statements.
