Job summary

New Lebanon Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Ohio is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join a compassionate, resident-first team delivering high-quality nursing care.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio RN or LPN License in good standing.
• Long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate nursing care to residents.
• Administer medications, treatments, and physician orders accurately.

• Collaborate with physicians, nurse leaders, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to develop individualized care plans.
• Provide guidance and support to nursing assistants to ensure excellent resident care.
• Respond confidently to changes in resident conditions and medical emergencies.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families through compassionate communication.
• Maintain accurate documentation while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
