Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program; NY license required.
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for visits: vitals, allergies, meds, social history and chart review.
• Assist providers and respond to patient needs regarding medications and lab results.
• Perform in-house labs and routine procedures per nursing standards.
• Document patient care in the EHR and coordinate with care team.
• Administer vaccines and injections following protocols.
• Manage medication refills and prior-authorization requests.
• Process and organize room preparation and supply stock; maintain infection control.
