Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Obtain and document vital signs, medical histories, and screening data.
• Assess current status and preventive health needs, communicate with provider.

• Provide skilled nursing care (sterile dressings, EKGs, administer meds).
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up appointments.
