Job summary

Accela Rehab and Care at Springfield is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver high-quality nursing care in a warm, supportive setting.

You will collaborate with RNs and CNAs, monitor residents, administer medications, and document care while supporting residents and their families. A PA LPN license is required, with preference for LTC experience and strong teamwork skills.

Qualifications
